Old School-Barbecue Mac Salad

Yield: 24 servings, 1/2 cup (4 oz.) each

Ingredients Weights Measures
KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise 1 lb. 2 cups
KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce 10 oz. 1 cup
Cider vinegar 2 fl. oz. 1/4 cup
Cooked elbow macaroni 4 lb. -
Celery, small dice 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
Green peppers, small dice 5 oz. 1-1/4 cups
Cooked OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw
Bacon Flat Pak, small dice 5 oz. 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp.


MIX mayo, barbecue sauce and vinegar until blended. Refrigerate until chilled.

COMBINE remaining ingredients.

ADD dressing; mix lightly.
