Apple-Honey Barbecue Pork Shoulder Slider

Ingredients
KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce 1-1/2 cups
KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce 1-1/2 cups
Apple juice 3 Tbsp.
Honey 2 Tbsp.
Pork butt (9 lb.) 1 each
Barbecue rub seasoning 1/4 cup

Directions

Cook barbecue sauces, juice and honey in saucepan on medium heat until heated through (160°F). (Do not exceed 160°F.) Cool. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Place meat, fat-sides up, in hotel pans. Cover all sides of each piece with seasoning. Brush evenly with 1/4 cup of rub seasoning and 3/4 cup of sauce.

Bake in standard 300°F oven 7 hours or until done (160°F) and very tender, brushing each butt with about 1/2 cup of remaining sauce every 1-1/2 hours. Cool slightly. Shred meat.

Serving Suggestion: Serve in split sandwich rolls.

Make Ahead:
Barbecue sauce mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 4 days before using as directed.
